Concert, Buffalo Jazz Collective: Dave Schiavone Quintet
In celebration of Jazz Appreciation Month, the Dave Schiavone Quintet performs music by legendary jazz saxophonists including Charlie Parker, Dexter Gordon, Stan Getz, Sonny Rollins, and more! Saxophonist Dave Schiavone has performed, toured and recorded around the world as a leader and with groups in partnership with Woody Herman, Doc Severinson and Tommy Dorsey.
This concert is presented with support from the Music Performance Trust Fund and American Federation of Musicians Local 92, the Buffalo Jazz Collective, Buffalo Music Coalition, and the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library.
Free and open to the public at the main floor Ring of Knowledge.
