A New Era: Celebrating Black Dolls & the New Era of Beauty

Presented by New York State Senator April N.M. Baskin and Buffalo & Erie County Public Libraries

Curated by local doll collector Lisa Jacobs-Watson

Each display will showcase the beauty of the Black Barbie Doll and the impact it has had on American and African American Culture.

Display will also be located at the Frank E. Merriweather, Jr, Branch Library, Leroy R. Coles, Jr. Branch Library, and the Isaías González-Soto Branch Library.
