Paper Quilling Craft Program
Learn the basics of paper quilling, a beautiful paper-folding & curling technique, and make a spring-inspired "Bunny & Bird" project! This program is for adults. Space is limited and registration is required. Stop in or call the library at (716) 873-2842 to register.
