Record Minutes-No More Reviews!

For every minute spent reading equals 1 entry for the contest. Yeah! Happy Reading! You must log a minimum of 60 minutes to qualify for the prize.

If you participated in our Summer Reading Contest, you will have to create a new profile with a new user name and password for the Summer Reading Contest. All participants’ records are deleted shortly after the conclusion of the contests each season. 

Participation Rules

This contest is open to teens ages 13 to 17 who are New York State residents and are able to pick up the prize physically from one of our 37 locations.

*Please keep in mind that the maximum amount of minutes you can log in one day is 1,000 minutes.

*Please provide an email address that you check regularly.

Prizes

There will be one system-wide winner for the Teen Category. The prize is a $100.00 gift card to Barnes & Noble. If the winner does not claim their prize within 30 days of notification, the B&ECPL has the discretion to withdraw the prize entirely.

The winner will be notified by email or telephone after the contest concludes.

Library staff are not eligible to participate.
