Emergency Kit Registration In-Person
The Leroy R. Coles, Jr. Branch is distributing Emergency Preparedness Kits provided by the Erie County Department of Health Equity. Kits are 1 per person/family. Registration is required. Kits will be distributed beginning October 23rd.
