Mindfulness Meditation In-Person
Mindfulness Meditation - Monthly Session.
Take a pause for your well-being. Join us for an introductory session on mindfulness meditation, where you’ll learn simple techniques to calm the mind, reduce stress, and improve focus. This session will include light stretching and guided practice, so please wear comfortable clothing and come ready to move gently. No prior experience is required.
