Project Play Western New York: Raise Your Storytelling Game

Project Play Western New York: Raise Your Storytelling Game In-Person

Join the interactive conversation about the importance of grit, curiosity, PLAY and storytelling.

On behalf of the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation, Project Play Western New York, and the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library, you are invited to the Project Play Community Conversation with author and motivational speaker Kevin Carroll. This free event will take place on Monday, May 6, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at the downtown Central Library Auditorium, 1 Lafayette Square, Buffalo, 14203.

Kevin Carroll has made a life out of pursuing his own passions in a career that includes being a globe-trotting language interpreter for the Air Force to becoming the head trainer of the Philadelphia 76ers where he was discovered and hired by Nike simply to act as “Katalyst”—someone who builds a culture of innovation where creative ideas are turned into reality. Energetic and humorous, Carroll deftly combines an anecdotal narrative with strategies for discovering new and creative ways of thinking and problem solving to help build mission-oriented teams. The result? A life-changing experience packaged in a presentation that’s not only fun, but provides return-on-investment and bottom-line success.

This event is FREE, but space is limited so registration is required.
