Manage your stress with your breath and gentle yoga postures. Increase your body awareness and build mental and physical resilience. Classes taught by Dr. Maya Mollerus, E-RYT 200. Space is limited and registration is necessary. Registration includes all 3 classes- September 11th, September 18th and September 25th. Call 873-2842 or stop in the library to register.
