H.M.S. Bounty: A Mutiny in Paradise
In 1789, crew members under the direction of Masters Mate Fletcher Christian, mutinied on board the HMS Bounty against its captain, Lt. William Bligh, during an exploratory voyage to the South Sea island of Tahiti. During this lecture, we’ll try to separate the facts from the myth as to what really happened during this voyage over 225 years ago.
