"Immune responses can effectively control human cancers; therapeutically harnessing these responses can fundamentally impact the lives of those who have cancer or are at risk of developing it. Roswell Park is a national leader in the development of immunotherapies and clinical trials offered at only a few select comprehensive cancer centers nationally. Roswell Park launches its own immunotherapy clinical trials and participates in national multi-center trials, making more options available to eligible patients. Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center clinicians and scientists are working at the bench to advance knowledge about the immune system and the development and application of immunotherapy clinical trials.
