Introduction to Podcasting Workshop

Mouse, typing, and internet skills

Come learn how to start your own podcast!  This is a two-part workshop.  In Part I, in a classroom setting, you will learn what a podcast is, basic information on what software and equipment is needed, and how to share your podcast to the world.  In addition, the creator of the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library's All Booked Up podcast will share tips and tricks and answer questions about starting a podcast from scratch.

Part II will consist of you getting one-on-one training in one of our recording studios in the Library's Launch Pad.  You will get hands on training on how to use podcast software and equipment.  These training sessions will take place after the class (based on studio availability) or scheduled at a later date at your convenience.  Teenagers and adults welcome.
