Buffalo & Erie County Public Library staff are invited to attend a training session on LibCal, the Library's system for room reservations and public calendar listings. Whether you are new to LibCal, just need a refresher or have specific questions, the Development & Communications Department is here to help!

Curriculum for the training will be based on staff registrant input. For first-time users, we can teach you how to login, navigate, make space/room reservations, post programs to a public calendar on the Library website, and train your staff to do so as well. For more advanced users, we can give you a refresher on how to tackle things like inputting images, setting up registration & more. Bring your questions!

Staff from the Development & Communications Department will be conducting the training live and will be available during/after the training to assist and answer questions. There will also be time at the end of the training session for you to practice booking spaces and inputting events.
