Reading to the Dog
Stress-Free Reading to a Non-Judgmental Listener!
This program is designed to allow kids the chance to read to a non-judgmental listener, one who will accept the story exactly as they read it. For many children, this allows them a rare chance to experience stress free reading.
Listeners are certified therapy dogs
For ages 6-12 with caregiver (siblings should sign up together). Sign up is limited to one half hour session per day.
Sessions are Wednesday nights November 20th, December 4th & 18th. at 6pm, 6:30pm, and 7pm or on Saturday mornings November 23rd & 30th and December 7th, 14th, & 21st at 10:30am, 11am, and 11:30am.
