Veterans Day Celebration Transcribathon for The American Soldier in World War II
Join the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library's TechKnow Lab in celebrating Veterans Day by participating in a transcribathon focused on uncensored, handwritten reflections from World War II soldiers on war and military service. Participants will transcribe digitized WWII soldier questionaires. There will be TechKnow Lab staff on site to help you get started transcribing using our computers. Flyer
No registration is needed -- just basic typing and internet skills and as little as a few minutes of your time. Please stop into the TechKnow Lab on the 2nd Floor of the downtown Central Library anytime between 10am-1pm.
