Bistro Bookers
Join us as we discuss Mosquito: A Human History of Our Deadliest Predator by Timothy C. Winegard. This title will be discussed by Wayne Gall, U.S. Department of Agriculture. Bistro Bookers programs are held at Chef’s Restaurant, 291 Seneca St., Buffalo, NY.
Bistro Bookers was born in 1990. Under the guidance of the B.L.O.O.M. Group (Book Lovers Of Our Metropolis) the downtown after hours book review/discussion forum was created to encourage the discussion of current provocative nonfiction written by national and local authors interspersed with fiction from Buffalo-area authors.
So what does it take to be part of Bistro Bookers? A desire for a casual, uncomplicated, stimulating night out. You're invited . . . Open to all. No reservations are required.
