Gentle Exercise Classes-Week 1: Balance and fall prevention @ Clearfield Branch Library
This series will promote strength, balance, stretching, flexibility and range of motion. All levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced. Exercises are performed seated in chairs and/or standing. All classes will be 35-45 minutes and end with a 5-minute mediation.
