Book a Technology Trainer with the TechKnow Lab (Virtual Program via Zoom) Virtual
The Buffalo & Erie County Public Library is offering virtual one-on-one technology help via Zoom. These Book a Technology Trainer sessions may done from the patron’s personal computer/device or at our social distance compliant Book a Technology Trainer Station located at the Central Library.
These 45-minute sessions are designed to assist with device and software support or Internet training. They are not designed to troubleshoot computer problems or repair hardware. There is a limit of 1 appointment per calendar month.
