"Dear Kamala" Virtual Book Launch Party Virtual
Join us via Zoom for the virtual book launch party for Dear Kamala: Women Write to the New Vice President, compiled and edited by local activist and historian Dr. Peggy Brooks-Bertram. The event will feature discussions with Dr. Bertram, readings by letter writers from around the world, and a Q&A session.
Dear Kamala: Women Write to the New Vice President showcases a selection of heartfelt and moving letters from women of all ages, races and nations on their hopes, fears, desires and advice to the newly elected Vice President Kamala Harris.
The book will be available for borrowing through the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library after Febrary 2. Request a copy here.
