A look into the early days of Buffalo Creek and the Buffalo versus Blackrock rivalry. This presentation focuses on why Buffalo was chosen to be the terminus of the Erie Canal. Furthermore, we discuss the effect that the Canal had on Western New York as a whole. Instructor: Buffalo History Museum
