HEAP Outreach
In partnership with Erie County Senior Services, Legislator John Bargnesi announces
HEAP Outreach to help residents with the application process for cooling.
Applicants whould bring copies of the following:
- Identification for all household members
- Proof of all household resources
- Proof of all income received in the last 30 days
- Current shutoff notice, if applicable
